FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol (WSP) says a 76-year-old man died in a crash on State Route 395 north of Pasco.
WSP says a driver heading southbound tried to make a left-hand turn across the northbound lanes when it was hit by an oncoming car.
The driver who failed to yield was killed and two passengers inside were injured and brought to a local hospital, WSP says.
The sole occupant of the oncoming car was injured and brought to a hospital.
