A man driving under the influence injured three pedestrians Saturday night when he drove onto a sidewalk in Queen Anne.
The accident occurred just before 6:30 p.m. Saturday evening on Queen Anne Avenue North near West Galer Street.
Witnesses reported a driver pulling out of a driveaway, striking several parked cars, driving onto the sidewalk and hitting an adult male, female and young child.
The victims were transported to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
Traffic Collision Investigation Squad detectives evaluated the driver of the vehicle at the scene and determined him impaired and was arrested. He is processed for DUI and booked into jail until processing is complete.
TCIS detectives are processing the scene and remains an on-going investigation.
