BREMERTON, Wash. — Police are investigating after a body was found in a home after a fire Monday in Bremerton.
Crews responded to a report of smoke coming from a home after 6 a.m. in the 800 block of Warren Avenue.
Before 9 a.m. fire crews called investigators after a body was found in the home.

The identity and cause of death has not been determined, police said.
According to investigators, the home was vacant.
Anyone with information on the fire is asked to call Bremerton Police Department detectives at 360-473-5228.
