2 injured in shooting in White Center

WHITE CENTER, Wash. — Two people were injured in a Sunday morning shooting in White Center, the King County Sheriff’s Office said.

The shooting happened around 4 a.m. in the parking lot outside Empire Hookah Lounge, located at 1st Avenue South and SW 108th Street.

Officials said shots were fired between people outside the lounge and people in a car driving by.

Two victims were taken to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition.

The suspects haven’t been found, police said. The shooting is under investigation by the sheriff’s office and the major crimes unit will follow up.
