#Beenado: Facebook, Twitter abuzz with comments on freeway bee spill

LYNNWOOD, Wash. — After a semi truck carrying millions of honey bees overturned on I-5, and many commenters on the KIRO7Seattle Facebook page were concerned for both the bees and the driver.

The driver was not hurt. Unfortunately, millions of bees were killed when firefighters had to resort to spraying foam to contain the agitated swarm.  Read the story here and see photos from the scene here.

While some are taking the insects' death seriously, the hashtag #Beenado started trending in Seattle on Twitter shortly after the accident.

On Facebook, many saw an opportunity for a irresistable pun, both good and bad.
