KIRKLAND, Wash. — The Kirkland Police Department has received two reports over the past several months of a man allegedly exposing himself and masturbating in front of women walking alone in Juanita Bay and Juanita Beach Parks.
Now, the department is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspect.
The suspect is described as a Middle Eastern male, 20-30 years old, 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, with a slender build and short, black, shaggy hair.
The sketches released were created with the assistance of the victims, and police believe the suspects are believed to be the same man based on the similarities in the cases.
