The Federal Way Police Department is investigating an attempted robbery and shooting at a Super 8 Motel in Federal Way Thursday morning.
Police say a 23-year-old woman was driven by two men to St. Francis Hospital with a gunshot wound to the back.
FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — Officers who were called to the hospital to investigate met with the woman who claimed she had been robbed in the parking lot of the motel at 1688 S 348th Street.
The woman provided police with a suspect description of a black male around 35 years old, thin build and armed with a revolver.
He left in a white or silver van with three other people. There are no additional details regarding motive for robbery.
