SEATTLE — Police arrested squatters at a home that was under development in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood Wednesday night.
Officers responded after a resident called 911 to report squatters going into the home.
When police arrived, they found stolen bikes, laptops and drug needles inside the home. Officers gave the squatters a warning and told them to leave.
Hours later, the same resident called 911 again to report the squatters had returned to the home.
Police then arrested them.
This home was a block from another house occupied by squatters that KIRO 7 reported on last month.
