In February, parents were outraged when mold was discovered in the tops of bottles for their toddlers.

The company gave customers free valve replacements in March and issued a recall for the sippy cups in May.

Now another product is being recalled this month.

The Tommee Tippee electric bottle and food warmer is being recalled after the company identified a safety issue that poses a fire hazard.

"This is an electrical issue caused by our external supplier failing to follow our instructions, which could stop safety features from working properly," the company said in the recall annoucement. "These features are designed to prevent overheating if there is any kind of electrical fault with the warmer. Should a separate fault occur, the warmers can overheat, posing a fire hazard to consumers."

The company said that the specific model is sold in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Tommee Tippee has two types of electric warmers, but only one is affected by the recall.

"Please check the base of the unit for the printed batch code and 'UL' logo. If your unit has the 'UL' logo, and the batch code begins with a zero or a one and ends with the letters 'GY,' then please unplug it and stop using it immediately and we will send you a replacement."

The affected product is white and has a gray dial. It is sold separately or as an accessory with the Tommee Tippee all in one newborn set or the complete starter kit.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said in its own recall announcement that about 250,000 units are affected.

Customers who purchased the product can visit the Tommee Tippee website to complete a form for a free replacement and more information.
