NEW YORK — Bette Midler had the best throwback costume Saturday at a New York Halloween party.
The actress and singer dressed up as Winifred Sanderson, her character in the Halloween favorite, "Hocus Pocus."
"Winifred Sanderson flies in to Hulaween," Midler wrote on Twitter. "Says thanks to everyone who made it such an electrifying evening."
The movie takes place in Salem, and Sanderson and her evil witch sisters stir up a lot of trouble on Halloween.

At the Hullaween Ball, which benefits New York Restoration Project, attendants were beyond excited to see Midler as Winifred.
