CLYDE HILL, Wash. — Troopers arrested a driver for suspicion of DUI Thursday morning after a car slammed into a barrier and flipped upside down on State Route 520.
It happened around 2 am. in Clyde Hill east of the floating bridge.
Eastbound traffic came to a standstill for about 20 minutes.
The driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
