FEDERAL WAY. Wash. — Hundreds of students gathered at Federal Way High School Wednesday night to remember a teen who was fatally shot over the weekend.
Sixteen-year-old Wesley Gennings died Saturday night.
Police say they found Gennings dead of a gunshot wound, behind the wheel of his car in a shopping mall parking lot.
He's described as a standout athlete at Decatur High School.
Wednesday's vigil was the second this week. A smaller crowd gathered Sunday night for prayers and tributes.

According to police, the shooting was not random and the gunman has not been caught.
Eyewitnesses described seeing two men in their late teens or early 20s get out of the car and walk away. But the description of them is so vague, detectives are appealing to the public for help.
