SEATTLE — A 28-year old Seattle woman pleaded not guilty to having sex with a teen in exchange for his iPod.
According to charging papers, the 15-year-old boy found Marie Bracy on backpage.com, but offered his iPod as payment because he didn't have the $160 that Bracy wanted for a half-hour of sex.
Prosecutors said Bracy accepted the iPod and the two had sex on a dead-end street.
The boy's parents contacted the sheriff's office after the learned their son had hired a prostitute.
Bracy was charged with communication with a minor for immoral purposes early this month. She likely faces one to three months in jail if convicted.
