Sailboat overturns near Leschi marina

SEATTLE — A sailboat capsized Friday afternoon near a marina in Seattle's Leschi neighborhood.

Chopper 7 flew overhead and captured images of police tying the craft to a police boat.

It isn't clear how the boat overturned.
