Mothers remembered at Seattle's Evergreen Washelli Memorial Park

SEATTLE — Touching moments this Mothers Day as families remembered moms and loved-ones - now passed away.

A family gathered to visit their mother, grandmother and great-grandmother at Seattle's Evergreen Washelli Memorial Park.

"She was the sweetest great-grandmother I ever remembered," six-year-old Dominique Harden said.

Bernadine Jocson's family also visited her aunt - a mother-figure to her for years.

And today - volunteers placed 1,500 roses on grave markers at the cemetery.

The flowers are the same ones that decorated the stage at the "Ten Grands" piano concert at Benaroya Hall last night.
