SEATTLE — Woodland Park Zoo officials announced Thursday that one of its giraffes is expecting.

The mother, 8-year-old Tufani, and the father, 4-year-old Dave, will be having their first baby.

Tufani’s window to give birth ranges between mid-May to early July 2017.

The zoo also has a "baby shower" gift registry on Amazon. People can purchase items to help provide care for Tufani and other African savanna animals.
