Scott Whitehead never thought he’d be making medical equipment. But when the coronavirus pandemic hit, he couldn’t stand to the side. So he shifted gears from making specialty car parts, to creating custom personal protective equipment for health care workers. Now his act of kindness is spreading, with the help of KIRO 7’s Jesse Jones.
