Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz endorses Clinton

Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz has endorsed Hillary Clinton for president.

Until now, the usually outspoken CEO had not publicly taken sides in the race between Democrat Clinton and Republican nominee Donald Trump, CNN reported.

Schultz announced his choice during a Facebook live interview with CNN’s Poppy Harlow.

Schultz was named Fortune’s 2011 Businessperson of the Year for delivering record financial returns for the company while leading an effort to spur job creation in the U.S.

He has also been included in Time magazine’s “Time 200,” a list of the most influential people in the world.
