Two southbound lanes on Interstate 5 closed at State Route 512 after a five-vehicle collision involving a trooper's cruiser in Lakewood.
Washington State Patrol told KIRO 7 News that the trooper was investigating a crash at the location when his vehicle was hit by another driver.
The trooper as not injured.

Washington State Department of Transportation closed the lanes for nearly an hour, but they reopened just after 8 a.m.
