MARYSVILLE, Wash. — The Marysville Police Department (MPD) says officers caught a masked trespasser, aka a raccoon, inside a local Fred Meyer.

On Monday morning, police were called to the store after employees saw the raccoon raiding the garden section.

Officers, along with Community Service Officers, took the masked bandit into custody and found it had an injury.

Responders brought it to the Sarvey Wildlife Care Center to be treated, MPD says.
