The man was found dead at the scene, the report states, and next-of-kin was notified.
The report also states that the driver of the northbound car, a 21-year-old woman, was uninjured but taken to Evergreen Monroe as a precaution.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation, and it is currently unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved.
Both directions of SR 203 were shut down for an extended period of time, and reopened just after 11 p.m., according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
