SEATTLE — Update: The King County Sheriff's Office said 24-year-old Dennis Rockwell has been found safe. He was located Thursday morning.
Original story: The Seattle Police Department is asking for help in finding a missing 24-year-old man with autism.
Law enforcement officials said Dennis Rockwell likes to frequent beaches and watch trains.
King County sheriff's K-9 units tracked Rockwell to Carkeek Park, but they were unable to find him.
Rockwell is 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 200 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair.
Rockwell is wearing a green sweatshirt that reads “I am autistic.”
Anyone who sees Rockwell or has information is asked to call 911.
