SEATTLE — Seattle police said they are looking for a man who crashed an SUV 150 feet out into Lake Washington Monday morning in Seattle’s Seward Park.
The driver went off a road going northbound, nearly hit a jogger and took out a sign, officials said.
A witness told police the man got out of the vehicle and asked someone to take him home, but he was told no, so he left the scene on foot, law enforcement officials said.
How the vehicle ended up in the water is being investigated.
