Crews responded to the Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Tuesday after the reports of smoke inside the Seahawks' practice facility.
But when Renton Fire Department responded to the VMAC, they found no active fire or smoke.
The Seahawks made national headlines over the weekend when the team stayed inside the locker room during their game’s national anthem. More than 200 players throughout the NFL took a knee or sat during the anthem after President Donald Trump criticized the league.
