KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — A kayaker who disappeared in Dyes Inlet has been found dead.
On Tuesday night, crews searched the waters just south of Silverdale in Kitsap County for hours looking for 64–year-old Lance Kahn.
Kahn left his house on Dyes Inlet in a white kayak heading south toward Bremerton at about 4 p.m.
The Coast Guard later found Kahn. His body was turned over to the Kitsap County coroner.
The circumstances of his death are not yet known.
