PORT ANGELES, Wash. — A 57-year-old man is dead after running off the road Wednesday in Port Angeles, deputies said.
The crash happened after 4:10 p.m. in the 1400 block of Mt. Pleasant Road.
According to deputies, the man was the only one in the vehicle when it left the road, went through a fence, and came to rest against a tree.
Deputies did not say what led to the man running off the road.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
