ROSEBURG, Ore. — A black rubber wet suit wearing women’s clothing and a blonde wig hung from a noose attached from a crane – along with a sign that said, “Vote Trump.”
It’s not subtle; the display caught the eyes of drivers along Interstate 5, causing a stir among residents near Roseburg, Oregon.
CBS News reports that the man up put it up, Billy Pinter, says he wanted to bring attention to issues surrounding Hillary Clinton. It’s why other signs around the figure makes references to treason.
“I’m allowed to have my feelings, right, wrong, or indifferent,” Pinter said. “Got your attention, didn't it?”
Pinter said a local priest asked him to take down the display, but Pinter said he will be changing the signs daily.
