SEATTLE — Seattle police said a woman was attacked by a man who also flipped over her stroller with her child inside.
Police were called to Northeast 45th Street and University Way in the University District shortly after noon Wednesday.
Officers arrived and found the suspect in a nearby alley. He was taken into custody.
Officers said both the victim and her child were not hurt because bystanders stepped in during the attack.
As of Wednesday, investigators had yet to confirm the man’s identity.
