KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. — There’s going to be a new sheriff in town.
For the first time in years, the Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office (KCSO) announced they will be getting a new K9 patrol dog.
“In the days ahead, we’ll be sharing more about our new dog, the deputy selected as the K-9 handler, and the extensive training they will complete together‚” the sheriff’s office posted on Facebook.
KCSO says the announcement comes after months of planning and community support.
