EDMONDS, Wash. — The Edmonds Police Department (EPD) says officers found a deceased dog inside an animal carrier on February 25.
The carrier was found near Robin Hood Drive and Nottingham Road.
Police found toys and a pink collar along with the dog’s body inside the carrier, EPD says.
