A driver was arrested Wednesday morning after a two-vehicle crash in West Seattle.
The crash happened before 8 a.m. in the 6700 block of Sylvan Way Southwest.
Police said a 33-year-old woman's vehicle crossed the center line and struck the front of an oncoming pickup truck.
The woman was seriously injured, and the passenger in her vehicle had life-threatening injuries. Police said the woman showed signs of impairment.
The 38-year-old man driving the pickup had non-life-threatening injuries.
The female driver is expected to be booked into the King County Jail for investigation of vehicular assault when she is released from the hospital.
Police will continue their investigation.
