NISQUALLY RIVER, Wash. — The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office says their dive team rescued Washington Fish and Wildlife personnel after their boat suffered engine failure on Monday.
The Department of Fish and Wildlife boat had been stuck on a log and was taking on water.
The Thurston County Regional Dive Rescue Team responded and rescued the boaters who were safely brought back to shore.
