SOUTH HILL, Wash. — Deputies with the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying a bank robbery suspect.
Officials said a man walked into a Chase Bank located inside a Fred Meyer around 2:30 p.m. and showed the teller a note demanding cash.
The Fred Meyer is located in the 17000 block of Meridian Avenue East.
According to deputies, the suspect then grabbed the money and fled the store.
Anyone with information on the suspect and/or robbery is asked to call 911.
