2 bears lock themselves inside SUV in Alaska, ‘incessant’ honking alerts officers

KETCHIKAN, Alaska — Bears are smart and persistent, and skilled at accessing perceived food sources.

So when Ketchikan police in Alaska stumbled across a scene where two bears inside a car, they might not have been that surprised.

Two furry troublemakers managed to get inside and lock themselves in.

If it weren’t for their incessant honking, the bears could have been stuck in there all night.
