KENNEWICK, Wash. — A Kennewick teen waited months for Saturday night’s Taylor Swift concert at CenturyLink Field, but due to emergency surgery this week she is going to miss it.

KNDU 25/KNDO 23 reports doctors performed emergency brain surgery twice on 16-year-old Savannah Forbes. The teen is now reaching out to Taylor Swift in hopes she'll hear from her.

Savannah made a video, which has been viewed more than 20,000 times as of Saturday.

"Hey Taylor," Savannah says in the video. "So I was supposed to come to your concert this weekend in Seattle. But I had to have two brain surgeries and now I'm stuck here at the hospital. It would make my wildest dreams come true though if you would give me a call or come visit me here at Harborview Medical Center."
