TACOMA, Wash. — Police say a homeless woman was fatally struck by a car while pushing a shopping cart in Tacoma.
It happened at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and South 96th Street about 1 a.m. Wednesday.
The driver of the car stopped and cooperated with police.
