BURIEN, Wash. — Women at businesses in downtown Burien are warning each other about man who is fondling himself in public.
One of those women told KIRO 7's David Ham about the creepy incident that happened in her store.
Darla Green showed Ham the spot in her boutique in the area known as Olde Burien, where she said a man who was walking around her store was masturbating.
The man is described African American, in his early 20s, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, wearing black framed glasses.
"He looked at me and he's like, ‘What?’ And I’m like, ‘Get out. Get out. Just get out,’ and I flung my door open and he ran past me,” said Green.
Several business owners along Southwest 152nd Street in said they've seen the same man in their stores over the last few weeks.
Teresa Rivard said Green was on the phone with her warning her about the exposer when he was in the store.
"About three hours after that guy ran out of this door here, another business owner just a few doors down from here told me she saw him inside her store, too,” said Rivard.
Other business owners are also warning each other to call 911 if they see the man.
Green has her own piece of advice to share.
“Watch out and get a concealed weapons permit,” said Green.
