KENT, Wash. — Developing tonight, a driver hit an apartment building in Kent, then struck a tree.
It happened just after 6 p.m. at the Wandering Creek Apartments.
The car nearly struck a man in an apartment, flattening several barbecue grills.
One person was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
