SEATTLE — The driver of a Car2Go car-sharing vehicle fled after slamming into a pole in Seattle’s Phinney Ridge neighborhood.
The crash happened in the 300 block of Northwest 55th Street about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday when the driver apparently lost control and crashed into a utility pole.
The passenger side of the crash was smashed.
Officers at the scene don’t think there was a passenger in the car, as the person would have been trapped or even killed.
