SEATTLE — Seattle fire said a two-inch gas line was broken on the University of Washington campus Wednesday afternoon.
The location of the leak was outside between Mercer Hall and Stevens Court.
Firefighters responded and kept pedestrians away from the area.
Stevens Court was evacuated, but Mercer Hall students and staff had to remain in place until the gas was shut off.
No one was hurt.
