Mariners to require masks in all indoor areas of T-Mobile Park

SEATTLE — The Seattle Mariners announced Monday a new mask policy at T-Mobile Park that complies with the latest order from the Washington State Department of Health.

For all patrons five years of age and older, masks must be worn in all indoor areas of the ballpark, such as bathrooms, Team Stores, restaurants and any indoor concourse areas.

Masks are not required in ticketed seats, private suites or while a person is actively eating or drinking.

This policy takes effect on Thursday, August 26, for the Mariners’ home game versus the Kansas City Royals.

All employees working at T-Mobile Park, regardless of vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask at all times.
