SEATTLE — A 72-year-old woman is in serious condition at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, after a fire at her apartment complex in Everett Sunday night.
Fire crews responded to the Holly Village Apartments, located in the 9600 block of Holly Drive, to find the woman in an apartment filled with smoke. We’ve learned a sprinkler system had extinguished the fire by the time crews arrived.
The fire was contained to one apartment and no other residents were in need of medical attention.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
