ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida authorities found the bodies of a 28-year-old man and his 19-month-old son in an Orlando lake Thursday in what investigators have determined to be a murder-suicide.
Police said they were called to Lake George after the bodies of Miguel Leonardo Hernandez and Kevin Leonardo-Cisnero were discovered, WFTV reported.
A spokesperson for the Orlando Police Department confirmed Hernandez drowned his son before drowning himself, the Orlando Sentinel reported.
Detectives said Hernandez was embroiled in an ongoing fight with his son’s mother over a domestic issue, WFTV reported.
