SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A 9-year-old girl was killed in a California drive-by shooting on Saturday and three other people -- including a 6-year-old girl -- were injured, authorities said.
The shooting occurred at a park in the Del Paso Heights section of Sacramento, the Sacramento Bee reported.
Sacramento Police Department spokesperson Officer Karl Chan said a woman was critically injured, while a man and the 6-year-old child were in stable condition, the newspaper reported.

According to police, the shooting happened at 1:08 p.m. during a family gathering near Mama Marks Park, KXTV reported.
Officers arrived to find the woman and two girls, according to the Bee. The 9-year-old was declared dead at the scene. The woman and the 6-year-old were taken to an area hospital, the newspaper reported.
Officers learned later that a man had driven himself to the hospital after sustaining a gunshot wound, the Bee reported.
There is no information on a suspect or suspects, according to police. The names of the victims have not been released.
