LYNCHBURG, Va. — Police are searching for a man who shot two McDonald’s employees Friday after a fight with a worker in the drive-thru window.
Sherwin Torrance Overstreet got into an altercation with a drive-thru employee around 6:21 p.m., Lynchburg police said.
He then parked his car and walked into the restaurant to continue fighting, police said. Overstreet then shot two employees and fled the scene, police said.
Overstreet is wanted on two counts of malicious wounding, according to police.
The two employees were taken to a hospital and are recovering from non-life-threatening injuries.
