Desper is charged with first- and third-degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime and reckless endangerment in the death of Bianca Roberson.
Desper and Roberson were trying to merge into a single lane Wednesday and were jockeying for position when Desper became enraged, authorities said.

That’s when Desper pulled out a gun and fired a single shot into the teenager’s car, striking her in the head and killing her instantly, West Goshen police said.
Desper's red pickup truck was caught on surveillance video fleeing the scene. The video helped police narrow down their search.
Roberson, 18, was an honor roll student who had just graduated from high school and was getting ready to attend college in Florida.
