ROCHESTER, Wash. — After Thurston County deputies were notified by the FBI on Tuesday about images of small children involved in sexual acts, deputies obtained a search warrant Wednesday for a location in Rochester.
On Thursday morning, detectives served the search warrant at a home in the 7100 block of 191st Avenue Southwest and arrested Alan Dale Burns.
Police said during the search of the home, several storage devices, computers and thumb drives were found and seized.
Burns, 33, was booked into the Thurston County Jail on charges of possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit acts.
