At least one licensing office is opening early Thursday morning to kick off the launch of Washington state's newest license plates.
The first is some 12th man pride for your car.
The special Seahawks license plate features a 12th Man flag and the team logo.
A portion of the sale price from each plate will go to investED, which helps low-income families pay for school costs.
The second honors the Seattle Sounders, complete with team scarf.
Some proceeds from the sales of that license plate go to Washington State Mentors, which helps youth organizations across the state.
The Pierce County Auditor's office will open 7 a.m. Thursday to celebrate the launch.
Each of those plates will cost about $70 and carry an annual $30 special plate fee every time you renew your tabs.
