The Seattle Police Department released dashcam video recorded in 2013 that led to a 15-day suspension for an officer.
A supervisor caught a racially-insensitive comment on the dashcam video, raised concerns, and flagged the video to the chain of command.

The officer was suspended for yelling at a fleeing suspect and saying, "You're gonna get your a-- shot, boy!"
According to the SPD blotter, "the Office of Professional Accountability fully investigated this case and recommended a 15-day suspension, which former Interim Chief Harry Bailey imposed."
The SPD accountability structure led to the complaint being internally generated, investigated, and adjudicated in 2014.
Seattle Police Officers' Guild confirms the name of the suspended officer is Jennifer Hunt and that the officer is appealing for payback.
This video was released Monday as a result of a public disclosure request. Police say no public complaint ever surfaced.
