KENNEWICK, Wash. — Washington State Patrol (WSP) says that a trooper helped a woman in active labor after a traffic stop near Kennewick.
WSP says a trooper stopped a speeding car.
When approaching the car, he found a pregnant woman in the middle of active labor.
Tropper then helped to the woman to Trios Hospital to have her baby safely.
